▸ Achieve and exceed annual new contract revenue targets

02 | Key Account Management
▸ Build deep relationships with CXOs, supply chain heads, and procurement leaders
▸ Negotiate multi-year logistics and warehousing agreements with strong commercial terms
▸ Grow wallet share within existing accounts through solution expansion
