- Prepare 2D/3D drawings and designs for transformers and related components.

- Design transformer tanks, structures, bus-bars, supports, and sheet-metal components.

- Create GA, fabrication, assembly, and detailed manufacturing drawings.

- Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials).

- Use SAP for BOM, material, and engineering-related activities.

- Read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.

- Make necessary design modifications and drawing revisions.

- Coordinate with production, electrical, procurement, and quality teams.

- Ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and production-friendly.

- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation.

RequirementsCandidate Skills & Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 3–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Solid Works design, preferably in the transformer industry.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Works for 2D/3D modelling and drafting.

- Experience in transformer tank, structural, sheet-metal, and component design.

- Knowledge of SAP for BOM,



material, production, and engineering-related activities.

- Knowledge of BOM preparation, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Good understanding of fabrication and production requirements.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination with engineering and production teams.

- Knowledge of transformer industry standards is an added advantage.
