Job Title: Lead US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 4–6 years in US IT Bench Sales
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to lead our bench sales team and drive the marketing and placement of IT consultants on bench. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, vendor management, client relationship building, and consultant marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to market consultants and secure new project opportunities.
- Market IT consultants through VMS, MSP, vendor portals, LinkedIn, job boards, and direct client/vendor relationships.
- Maintain and expand relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and direct clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, interview schedules, and placement terms with vendors and clients.
- Identify suitable requirements and match them with available consultants based on skills, experience, location,
and work authorization.
- Review and improve consultant resumes to align with current market requirements.
- Track submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placements using ATS/CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
- Monitor team performance, submission-to-interview ratios, interview-to-placement ratios, and revenue targets.
- Train recruiters on effective marketing techniques, vendor communication, rate negotiation, and follow-up strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor database and identify current business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with vendors and clients to obtain feedback and move opportunities toward closure.
- Ensure consultants are properly represented and marketed without misrepresentation of skills or experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on current US IT staffing trends, technologies, visa/work authorization
