Job Description

- Manage endtoend user lifecycle operations joiner mover leaver using Service Now
- Provision and revoke logical access for users across applications and systems
- Administer O365 access including licenses DLs shared mailboxes and shared drives
- Create and manage Active Directory security groups for structured access control
- Handle OKTA access provisioning role assignments and deprovisioning
- Support MFA issues and perform password resets
- Manage application access based on role and business requirements
- Monitor and resolve IAMrelated incidents within SLA
- Generate user access reports using Power Shell and SQL
- Support IAM audits including access validation evidence preparation and remediation tracking




- Provide SOX compliance evidence and maintain audit documentation
