POSITION TITLE-Rev Ops Analyst Location Chennai India About Reveleer Reveleer is a leading healthtech company that empowers healthcare organizations with technology-driven solutions to improve quality accuracy and efficiency Our Revenue Operations Rev Ops team is the backbone that connects Marketing Sales Customer Success Product and Finance through data process and automation We re looking for a Hub Spot System Administrator Data Support Analyst to join our growing Rev Ops team at our Global Capability Center in Chennai India This person will help maintain optimize and evolve our Hub Spot ecosystem and support our data operations to ensure our go-to-market teams have clean actionable data and reliable insights Hub Spot Administration Data Management Serve as the day-to-day administrator of our Hub Spot Enterprise suite Marketing Sales Service and Operations Hub Perform regular data quality checks and cleanup to maintain an accurate and reliable database Help stand up recent Hub Spot objects e g custom Lead object Customer Success Hub and ensure proper integrations and workflows Audit and streamline Hub Spot properties reports and dashboards to eliminate redundancy and improve usability Migrate legacy fields workflows and workarounds some dating back to 2013 to take advantage of modern Hub Spot native features Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to enhance user experience and adoption across departments Data Integration Analytics Partner with our Data Warehouse team to connect Hub Spot data to Power BI or other BI tools Support the buildout of historical point-in-time reporting snapshots for Sales Marketing and Customer Success metrics Create and maintain data pipelines or webhooks API integrations between Hub Spot and other systems as needed Reporting Insights Support senior team members and Reveleer executive leadership with monthly and quarterly reporting for Marketing Sales and Customer Success Maintain and improve dashboards that provide visibility into key KPIs and performance trends Ensure consistency in data definitions and reporting standards across teams Continuous Improvement Innovation Stay current with Hub Spot updates tools and best practices to continuously improve our GTM tech stack Proactively identify process gaps inefficiencies or data integrity issues and recommend solutions Operate with autonomy think creatively solve problems independently and anticipate team needs What We re Looking For 2-5 years of experience working with Hub Spot Enterprise-level preferred but not required in an administrative or data operations role Strong understanding of Hub Spot architecture including objects workflows custom properties and data hygiene best practices Experience integrating Hub Spot with BI tools e g Power BI Looker Mosaic Hands-on experience with APIs webhooks and custom integrations to connect Hub Spot with external systems Familiarity with marketing sales and CS reporting metrics and processes Exceptional attention to detail organization and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities communicate clearly and collaborate with US-based teams A proactive problem-solver who thrives on improving systems without needing step-by-step direction Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SQL Python R or other languages for data manipulation and statistical analysis Experience with data warehouse environments Snowflake Redshift etc Familiarity with other Rev Ops GTM or healthtech data tools Zoom Info Sales Nav Loopio Gong Definitive Healthcare CMS etc Previous experience supporting fast-paced SaaS or healthtech environments
