About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations at The Promenade & Le Dupleix . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient front office operations, and strong team performance while maintaining the service standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, Bell Desk and Guest Relations.
Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, room allocation and billing processes.
Lead, train and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, Reservations and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
Monitor room inventory, occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements and special occasions.
Maintain high standards of guest interaction, grooming and service delivery.
Monitor departmental performance, SOP compliance and operational procedures.




Prepare and review Front Office reports, MIS and other operational documentation.
Drive guest satisfaction, upselling opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of relevant experience in Front Office/Rooms Division, with preferably 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role .
Experience with a reputed hotel chain, preferably in luxury/upscale hospitality .
Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of PMS and Front Office operations.
Strong operational acumen with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
