OPERATIONS & TALENT NETWORK COORDINATOR - LABEEB ONE
Remote | Full-Time | India | INR 50,000 per month

WORKING SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai/UAE time, with a 1-hour break.
Sunday is the weekly off.
Saturday is a normal, full working day - not a half day and not optional.
Occasional urgent follow-up outside these hours may be required from time to time.

ABOUT LABEEB ONE
Labeeb One is our central digital operating system - the platform we use to manage client work, track deliverables, coordinate our network of writers, designers, and specialists,



and keep the business running on schedule. This role exists to help operate and strengthen that system, not to replace it.

THE ROLE
This is a long-term, full-time position split approximately 70% Operations and 30% Talent Network coordination.

Operations (approximately 70%)
- Manage day-to-day workflows inside Labeeb One, tracking client deliverables, deadlines, and status updates
- Coordinate between clients, service providers, and the Owner to keep projects moving on schedule
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records inside our CRM and operations system
- Flag risks and bottlenecks early, and escalate issues that require the Owner's judgment
- Support process documentation and light process improvement within existing systems

Talent Network (approximately 30%)
- Source, screen, and onboard freelance writers, designers, and other service providers
- Build and maintain a reliable pool of vetted providers for ongoing
