Decor Lead

Love designing spaces? Come make weddings beautiful with us.
Rajyog is a wedding venue in Bibwewadi, Pune. We're looking for someone with a outstanding eye for design to lead our decor — mandaps, stages, entrances, table setups, all of it.
You don't need wedding decor experience. If you're an interior designer, architect, or just someone who loves creating beautiful spaces — we'll teach you the wedding side.

What you'll do
- Meet couples, understand what they want, and design decor around it
- Put together the look — mandap, stage, entrance, tables
- Be there on the big day to make sure it all comes together

What we're looking for
- A genuine eye for design (interior design, architecture, styling — any background works)
- You enjoy talking to clients and understanding what they want
- Comfortable working within a budget
- Canva or Photoshop for mood boards is a bonus, not a must
