About the role:
We are looking for experienced faculty members to deliver high-impact learning sessions for senior operations leaders, business transformation heads, and aspiring COOs. Our learners are mid-to-senior executives, functional leaders, and organizational decision-makers who bring significant cross-functional and operational experience to the classroom. They need faculty who can match their operational depth,



connect execution excellence with enterprise strategy, and translate complex operational challenges into scalable, high-performance organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live, instructor-led sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals.
- Teach concepts across operational strategy, business process excellence, supply chain and value chain management, cross-functional leadership, organizational efficiency, and execution at scale depending on assigned module(s).
- Bridge operational excellence with broader business strategy, financial performance, and customer outcomes.
- Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises that resonate with senior operations and cross-functional business leaders.
- Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement levels.
