E-Commerce Sales Consultant

to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.

What you'll do:1. Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach2. Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups3. Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery4. Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision5. Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards6. Build solid expertise in leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands

What we're looking for:1.



Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)2. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills3. Strong commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales4. A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling5. Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven6. Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a strong plus
