tone and quality across enterprise and business academiesCollaborate closely with the learning technologist on platform functionality and optimisationEssential experience and skillsStrong instructional design and learning experience design backgroudHands-on experience creating digital learning content and journeys at scaleSolid understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogyProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completionComfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source materialExperience designing for social, cohort-based or team-oriented learning models (desirable)Strong visual, written and interaction design sensibilityAbility to work fast without sacrificing qualityPractical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360Learning experience a strong advantage)
