The ideal candidate will balance aesthetic excellence with practical execution, ensuring every project meets our premium standards.Key Responsibilities :Project Ownership: Lead residential and commercial projects end-to-end, serving as the primary design authority.Concept & Design: Create innovative spatial layouts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with client visions.Technical Precision: Review and finalize detailed 2D/3D working drawings and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Vendor & Site Management: Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure on-site execution perfectly matches design intent.Client Advisory:
