Technical Delivery ManagerBangalore | HybridJob DescriptionWe are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handlingManage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersLead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business AnalystsTrack and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIsProactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentumChampion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and qualityCollaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless executionEnsure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicableRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
