This role sits at the core of our operations, ensuring high-quality MQLs while improving campaign performance and client satisfaction.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for validating, qualifying, and managing incoming leads generated through podcasts, whitepapers, and other digital assets. You will work closely with campaign, sales, and lead generation teams to ensure every lead meets client expectations and is delivered with clear context and accuracy.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead Quality VerificationValidate incoming MQLs from campaign engagements (podcasts, whitepapers, subscribers, CTAs)Re-check tele-verified data for accuracy across contact details, engagement source, and intent signalsEnsure leads align with defined ICPs and campaign requirementsIdentify and remove duplicate, invalid, or low-quality leadsScoring & QualificationApply lead scoring criteria based on engagement, seniority, and relevanceFlag and review borderline leads to maintain high-quality standardsPrepare clean, client-ready lead lists and campaign reports with supporting contextCampaign & Client SupportSupport campaign managers across onboarding, lead generation campaign setup,



and campaign executionAssist in managing the full campaign lifecycle including reporting and renewalsWork with lead generation team and vendors to ensure accurate and consistent lead flowHelp onboard new suppliers and align them with campaign requirementsCross-Team CoordinationCollaborate with tele-verification teams to improve data accuracy and feedback loopsPartner with content and campaign teams to refine engagement strategiesSupport campaign and sales teams with actionable insights on lead behaviour and intentReporting & InsightsTrack and report on lead quality metrics, including qualification rates and disqualificationsAnalyse performance by campaign, asset, and content typeDeliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendationsIdentify trends and suggest improvements to optimise campaign performanceProcess & System ImprovementContribute to building and improving EM360Tech's campaign management tech stackSupport CRM integrations and API-based lead delivery into client systemsStreamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalabilityContinuously optimise lead generation and reporting processes to drive better resultsSkills & Experience3-5 years in lead generation, qualification, marketing ops, or similar roleStrong attention to detail and understanding of lead scoring frameworksExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or PipedriveAnalytical mindset with robust reporting and data interpretation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience in B2B demand generation or content-led campaignsFamiliarity with podcast or digital content performance metricsInterest in process improvement and operational efficiencyImpactYou will play a critical role in ensuring that every lead delivered is accurate, relevant, and client-ready.
