Role Description The HR Intern role is a full-time,



in office position based at VIROC Super Speciality Orthopaedic Hospital in Vadodara. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping manage employee onboarding and documentation, updating HR databases, and supporting the administration of HR policies and employee benefits. The intern will assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and handling basic personnel queries under the guidance of senior HR team members. The role also involves preparing HR reports, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements within the HR department.
