Position Summary

Level: Senior Manager

As a Sales & Solutioning Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will manage recent deals and RFPs end-to-end, ensuring best-fit solutions and strong win potential. You’ll oversee project scope, delivery, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment, driving successful execution and smooth transitions to steady state,



all while maintaining high quality and clear communication.

Work you’ll do:

Design client-centric solutions, draft proposals, and prepare compelling presentation materials for each RFP stage. Oversee end-to-end proposal submissions, collaborating with US teams and coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver best-fit solutions and enhance Deloitte’s win potential. Participate in all RFP phases—including solutioning, transition, due diligence, orals, and negotiations—which may require travel. Develop industry best practices and pricing benchmarks, build strong client relationships from RFP through delivery, and create business cases for deals in partnership with leadership. Support client visits, drive lead generation, and collaborate with account teams to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships.
