Position Summary

Operations Associate Vice President

Work you will do:

As an AVP you are responsible for leading Record to Report function, responsible for the timely and accurate performance of the General Ledger process, maintaining internal and client relations. You will focus on the following areas.
Review the financial close process, including the evaluation and interpretation of financial statements and reports required for monthly, quarterly, annual and other regulatory reporting




Monitor revenue recognition for milestone-based projects through Percentage of Completion accounting (PoC) - Revenue recognition for fixed price contract / milestone-based contracts.
Close Management: Coordinate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial close activities
Driving operational efficiencies through providing effective, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions aligned with accounting and financial reporting requirements
Monitor SOX compliance and management reporting related to testing and efficiency of controls in place. Perform periodic reviews and assessments to identify control gaps and implement remediation plans.
Monitoring the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed measurable(KPI´s) ensuring a timely reaction to any missed KPI targets
Lead engagement planning; managing engagement economics, engagement risk, and engagement timeline
