Position Summary

Level: Operations Senior Vice President

As an Operations Associate Vice President at Deloitte, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of project scope, delivery, timelines, stakeholders, budget, issues, risks, and quality. This includes overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives,



and maintaining explicit communication with all stakeholders. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Work you’ll do:

A process expert in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, managing 500+ FTEs across multiple locations. Acts as the process owner for Finance Operations, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, client governance, and financial management. Develops and implements robust policies, negotiates SLAs/KPIs, and drives operational innovation and transformation. Manages risk, talent strategy, and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Leads people management, including staffing, training, performance reviews, and talent development. Provides SME support for operational excellence, identifies and signs off on changing
