Job Description,

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.




Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize operational procedures.
Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Sales and overseas offices to ensure operational alignment and integration.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to promote high performance and accountability.
Conduct performance evaluations and establish training and development plans.
Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Risk & Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Communication

Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and progress.
Maintain transparent communication across all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements

Minimum: Graduate in any stream
