Key Responsibilities

Own the operational health and reliability of all abatement systems supporting semiconductor process equipment.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies for abatement equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous reliability improvements.
Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance records.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
Burn-Wet Abatement Systems
Plasma Abatement Systems
Point-of-Use Abatement Systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, process, and controls-related failures.
Coordinate repairs with OEMs and external suppliers.
Lead root cause investigations for recurring failures.
