Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on poise, grooming, professional etiquette, communication, body language, executive presence, and personal branding.
Deliver classroom,



virtual, and experiential learning interventions across locations.
Ensure adherence to organizational grooming, appearance, and service standards during all training programs.
Drive learner engagement and measure training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback mechanisms.

Coaching & Development

Provide individualized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance participants' confidence, professional presence, and workplace image.
Conduct image consultations and recommend appropriate grooming, styling, and presentation practices aligned with organizational standards.
Guide employees on makeup application, skincare, grooming techniques, and overall appearance management where applicable.

Content & Program Management

Develop, customize, and continuously update training content, facilitator guides, activities, and learning resources.
