Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role based at Red Rhino Brewing Co. in Hyderabad. The Hostess is responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow in the dining and bar areas. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, maintaining accurate guest information, and providing clear information about menus, specials, and events.



The role also involves supporting the serving and bar teams with guest communication, maintaining a clean and organized host stand, and resolving basic guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism. The Hostess works closely with management and the front-of-house team to deliver an engaging and welcoming guest experience.
