What the Role is About
As a Junior DevOps / SRE Engineer, you will focus on building, maintaining, and automating the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines that support our global educational platforms. Instead of writing application-level code, your role is to ensure that our systems are highly available, secure, scalable, and resilient,



while empowering engineering teams with seamless continuous integration and deployment workflows.

Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure Automation: Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates to provision, configure, and manage cloud environments reliably.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment and continuous integration pipelines to ensure fast, secure software delivery.
Observability & Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to proactively identify system performance bottlenecks and system failures.
Reliability & Incident Support: Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot infrastructure issues, conduct root-cause analyses (RCAs), and maintain system uptime.
Setting Security: Help enforce secure access patterns, manage secrets/credentials, and ensure proper network isolation across environments.
