Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of AI-driven, automation, and analytics solutions that improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance data quality, and provide actionable business insights. Work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities and develop practical solutions using AI and low-code technologies.

Strategy

Support the team's Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital transformation agenda.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and automation technologies to improve process efficiency and controls.
Research emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases for financial operations and control functions.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate business value.

Business

Develop an understanding of Financial Control, reporting, reconciliation, and operational processes within the Bank.
Partner with stakeholders to understand process pain points, manual activities, data challenges,



and improvement opportunities.
Support the translation of business requirements into AI-enabled and automation solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process effectiveness, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Processes

Develop and support AI-driven automation solutions using Power Platform, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Python, SQL, and Excel-based automation.
Build Power Automate workflows, Power Apps solutions, and Power BI dashboards to improve process visibility and efficiency.
Create and support AI use cases leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities.
Extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and analyse data using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), Power Query, and other analytical tools.
Develop automated reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to reduce manual effort.
