Job Summary

The Change Management Specialist for Country Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives within the regulatory reporting function. This role will ensure that all regulatory reporting changes are effectively planned, communicated, and executed to meet compliance requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management:

Lead and manage change initiatives related to regulatory reporting requirements.
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
Ensure changes are effectively integrated into the existing regulatory reporting processes and systems.

Regulatory Compliance

Stay updated with country-specific regulatory requirements and ensure all changes comply with local regulations.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes.

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and monitor change projects to ensure timely and successful implementation.




Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track project progress and report status to senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the regulatory reporting function.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Training And Support

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees affected by regulatory changes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth transition and adoption of current processes.
