About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Influencer PR to join our Talent Management team and take ownership of PR and visibility initiatives for our roster of influencers and creators.
The role will be responsible for building solid relationships with media houses, journalists, editors, publications, event platforms, and relevant industry stakeholders to create meaningful visibility opportunities for creators. The ideal candidate should understand the influencer ecosystem, have strong communication skills, and be able to identify and create PR opportunities that strengthen a creator's personal brand.
This role requires a combination of PR expertise, creator understanding, relationship management, storytelling, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer PR & Personal Branding
Develop and execute PR strategies for influencers and creators based on their individual positioning, niche, audience, and career goals.
Identify opportunities to increase creator visibility across digital, print, television, podcasts, interviews, events, and industry platforms.




Build strong narratives and positioning for creators to establish them as credible voices within their respective categories.
Develop creator profiles, media pitches, press notes, biographies, talking points, and other PR collateral.
Identify newsworthy moments, achievements, milestones, collaborations, launches, and campaigns that can be leveraged for PR.

2. Media Relations
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publications, entertainment portals, lifestyle media, business media, and digital platforms.
Regularly pitch relevant stories and opportunities to media contacts.
Coordinate interviews, features, profiles, quotes, podcasts, panel discussions, and media appearances for creators.
Maintain an updated media database and track relationships with key media contacts.
Follow up with media stakeholders and ensure timely execution of PR opportunities.
