Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s client base across retail and corporate segments.



This role includes leading and coaching a sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, conducting client meetings and presentations, and ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves staying informed about insurance products, market trends, and competitors to refine sales approaches and support strategic decision-making.
