Description: Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and micro-services.
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Optimize application performance, multithreading, and database queries.
Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and optimize SQL performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

Solid experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
Strong knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency
Expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL optimization,



and database design
Experience building highly scalable, distributed micro-services
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Design Patterns, and OOP
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD is a plus

Preferred

Experience with Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
