We’re seeking an experienced Production Planning & Advanced Scheduling Specialist with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing production planning strategies that drive efficiency, agility, and on-time delivery — all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This position is based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Surat/Hazira, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of production planning strategies aligned with customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules while considering material availability, machine capacity, manpower, production priorities, and delivery commitments.
Utilize advanced production planning and scheduling methodologies to optimize production sequences, minimize downtime, reduce changeovers, and improve overall equipment utilization.
Analyze demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and production data to identify constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and IT teams to ensure seamles
