Role Description The Field Sales Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for driving sales and promoting Glenmark’s pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.



The role involves visiting healthcare professionals and institutions, presenting product information, and building strong professional relationships to support prescription generation and product adoption. The Field Sales Officer will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights to the regional sales team. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales calls, organizing product promotions, ensuring compliant marketing practices, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of field activities, participating in sales meetings and trainings, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction.
