Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in New Delhi. The Bartender prepares and serves a range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks that complement Barefolk’s fermentation-led and ingredient-focused menu. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, mixing and garnishing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The Bartender manages cash and POS transactions, monitors stock levels, assists with inventory,



and collaborates with the kitchen and floor staff to provide a smooth, high-quality service. The role also involves explaining menu items, offering recommendations, and contributing to a warm, professional guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating welcoming, attentive, and inclusive guest experiences.
Effective Communication abilities for interacting clearly with guests, team members, and management.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including cocktails, mocktails, and pairing drinks with menu items.
Practical Bartending experience, including mixing techniques, drink presentation, and bar station organization.
Accurate Cash Handling skills and familiarity with POS systems and basic payment procedures.
Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
