Role Description The MEP Designer will be responsible for developing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs and drawings for building projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical drawings and CAD models, coordinating designs with other disciplines, supporting R&D; activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves reviewing project requirements, performing design calculations,



and assisting in resolving design and site-related technical issues. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Qualifications

Strong technical drawing skills with proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practical experience in machine design.
Ability to contribute to research and development (R&D;) activities for improving MEP design solutions.
Understanding of MEP systems, building services, and relevant codes and standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in MEP design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
