About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns across a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who understands how to generate measurable B2B leads through LinkedIn Ads and can confidently manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
You’ll take ownership of:
LinkedIn Ads strategy and execution
B2B audience targeting
Campaign optimization
Lead generation and lead quality
Performance reporting
A/B testing
Client communication
Budget and ROAS management

What You’ll OwnLinkedIn Ads Strategy & Execution
Build, launch,



and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across 10–15 client accounts
Develop targeting strategies based on:
Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Buyer personas
Job titles and seniority
Industries and company characteristics
Funnel stages
Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen campaign positioning
Test different campaign formats, creatives, messaging, and ad variations
Structure campaigns for effective B2B lead generation and scalable performance
Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs
Campaign Optimization & Performance
Monitor campaign performance across active accounts
Track and analyze:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Lead volume
Lead quality
Engagement
Optimize:
Bids
Budgets
Audiences
Targeting
Placements
Creatives
Campaign structure
Run structured A/B tests to improve performance
