Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This position is responsible for promoting Property Pandit’s services, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and closing sales across various real estate offerings.



The specialist will develop and execute local marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. The role includes explaining property options and investment opportunities, preparing proposals, maintaining sales records, and providing training or product briefings to clients and team members as needed.
