Requirements:
Minimum: 4 years of experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in digital design
Robust visual storytelling and brand strategy abilities
Clear communication and presentation skills
Bonus: Experience in motion design & Figma
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of projects from concept to execution.




Translate briefs and strategy into clear, expressive design concepts aligned with brand identity.
Build brand assets, toolkits, and guidelines that ensure consistency without rigidity.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong creative culture.
Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and platform guidelines.
Maintain a high standard of craft while juggling timelines, cross-project priorities, and experimenting with AI tools (Mid Journey, Google Nano Banana, ChatGPT, etc) for faster workflows.

Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Remote (Work From Home) | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

This is a remote role, so you'll need the infrastructure to work effectively.
