Role Description This is a full time hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting corporate gifting solutions to prospective and existing customers.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring smooth order processing in collaboration with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing post-sales support, and gathering feedback to improve service quality. The Sales Specialist will work closely with sales management to meet revenue targets, participate in product training, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
