Role Description The Student Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The counselor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including understanding their academic background and aspirations, recommending suitable courses and institutions,



and explaining admission requirements and timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting application preparation such as documentation, forms, and statements of purpose. The role also involves coordinating with international institutions or partner agencies, organizing information sessions, and keeping up-to-date with evolving admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities. The counselor will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every student from initial consultation through to admission decisions.
