Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida. The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and managing the sales pipeline for FusionEdge’s facility management solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, gather market feedback, and ensure a smooth handover from sale to implementation. The Sales Manager will track sales performance through CRM tools, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and represent FusionEdge at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
