The work you’ll do

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

Draft and edit a range of internal communications—emails, newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, capability decks, impact reports, guidebooks, and intranet/social media content.
Partner with business comms leads, designers, and stakeholders to deliver content and messaging plans that resonate with diverse audiences.
Handle multiple communication requests, track deliverables,



and support the end-to-end production pipeline.
Ensure all materials are accurate, error-free, consistent with style and brand guidelines, and meet tight timelines.
Assist in collecting, reporting, and analyzing communication metrics to continuously improve efforts.
Foster effective collaboration across USI and global teams to unify campaigns, share insights, and elevate business goals.
