Valeo Health is a GCC based preventive healthcare company covering diagnostics, clinical services and supplements. Our private label supplements portfolio sells across Amazon UAE (3P and Vendor), Amazon KSA, Noon UAE and KSA, D2C and offline retail, with marketplaces as one of the largest revenue engines.

The role
Own marketplace growth end to end. This is a commercial growth focused role, not a listings admin role. You own the revenue number, the ad budget behind it, and the catalogue, pricing and inventory decisions that determine whether it lands. Measured on growth and contribution margin, not activity.

Responsibilities
Growth: Own the revenue plan, forecast and delivery across Amazon UAE, Amazon KSA, Noon UAE and Noon KSA. Build the channel and SKU level plan. Launch current GCC marketplaces with a business case behind each.
Advertising: Own the full ad budget across Amazon Ads and Noon Ads. Campaign structure, keyword research, bid and budget management, deals and events. Manage TACOS to target while growing organic rank.
Catalogue and content:



Listing quality across all platforms including titles, backend keywords, A+ content, brand stores and imagery. Keep content compliant with Amazon, Noon, MOHAP and Dubai Municipality requirements. Resolve suppressions and consolidate fragmented SKUs.
Pricing and margin: Price architecture, bundles and cross channel hygiene. Track per SKU contribution margin after fees, fulfilment, returns and ad spend, and act on SKUs that do not work.
Inventory and accounts: Forecasting and replenishment against two to four month supplier lead times. Prevent stockouts on hero SKUs. Manage 1P PO flow, account health and platform relationships.
Reporting: Weekly and monthly performance reporting against plan, with the actions coming out of it. Flag data gaps rather than estimating them.
