Complete plant DCS programming and troubleshooting activities.
Scheduled backup of plant DCS controllers and sub control PLC backups.
Software & Hardware knowledge of Siemens-PCS7 & Schneider-Unity Pro PLC & Scada.
Calibration of FLS WF, SFM, SFF, Weighing Scale & Field Instruments.
Working on PI System, EMS, IMCC smart Relay etc.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB/Siemens/Yaskawa/Danfoss VFD drives.
To ensure implementation of ISO & WCM activities. ?Must have awareness of annual budget preparation. ?Capex proposal submission in system, BOQ preparation, Preparation of technical comparison and execution of Capex projects. ?Coordination with all department to complete the annual and weekly shutdown jobs of plant equipment. Knowledge of Sap, CLIP and Karomi system.

JOB PROFILE –





Instrumentation (DCS & Automation) engineer having 5-7 years of experience and should have capability to handle the Software & Hardware knowledge of Siemens-PCS7 & Schneider-Unity Pro PLC & Scada. Calibration of FLS WF, SFM, SFF, Weighing Scale & Field Instruments. Must have knowledge of equipment trouble shooting, budget preparation, Improvement projects, Power saving initiative and strict compliance of safety standards.

Plant availability and reduction in breakdown. Key system and process improvements. Systematic plant improvement projects. Improving effectiveness of KFA and operating teams.
