LeadFreak is a rapid-growing B2B organization helping businesses generate high-quality leads through personalized LinkedIn outreach, content, and data-driven strategies.
We are looking for an HR / Talent Intelligence Specialist with 6 Months- 1 Year of US hiring experience to support talent mapping, market research, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant hiring managers and decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and segment prospects.
Conduct targeted US talent and market research.
Build and maintain accurate prospect/talent databases.
Support personalized outreach and track responses.
Work with delivery and client teams to align targeting by industry, role, and geography.
Requirements
6 Months- 1 Year of experience in US hiring, recruitment research, or talent sourcing.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
