Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a cooperative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Strong project management capabilities including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication skills
