Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured New Joiner Induction Process Training.
Evaluate learning through interactive tests and final assessments.
Maintain training records and documentation trackers.
Assign and review role-specific self-learning tasks.
Guide recent hires in understanding job roles and achieving their initial performance goals.
Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors for performance alignment.
Organize dummy counseling sessions and collect feedback.
Conduct refresher or skill-upgrade training for existing staff.
Host weekly “Meet & Greet” sessions with leaders and new team members.
Contribute to content creation or updates based on feedback.
