Role Description The Article Assistant will support the firm’s audit, accounting, taxation,



and compliance engagements under the supervision of senior professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing and maintaining accounting and bookkeeping records, supporting income tax and GST registrations and filings, and helping with financial statement preparation, consolidation, and basic analysis. The role also involves drafting working papers, organizing documentation for regulatory filings, assisting with company law procedures, and contributing to technology-enabled tasks such as data migration or report generation. The Article Assistant will coordinate with clients to gather information, ensure timely completion of assignments, and adhere to professional and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
