Job Description – Team Leader (US Inbound Sales)
Designation: Team Leader – US Inbound Sales
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 Years in International BPO / US Sales Process
Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA (On Paper)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team handling US Inbound Sales / Customer Service / Transfer Campaign.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Drive team motivation, engagement, and target achievement.
Coordinate with operations and management for process improvements.
Required Skills:




Excellent communication and team management skills.
Strong experience in International BPO / US Inbound Sales process.
Ability to manage sales targets and team productivity.
Good knowledge of call monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in International BPO.
Experience in US Sales / Transfer Campaign will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
