We help companies build and improve the systems behind their sales teams — from hiring and onboarding to sales methodology, CRM, KPIs, pipeline management, coaching and performance management.
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Chief Sales Officer / Fractional Head of Sales who can come into a business, understand how it currently sells, identify what's broken, and design a complete sales operating system around the company's product, customers and sales cycle.
This is not a sales trainer role.
We are looking for someone who can design the sales function end-to-end.
What you will do
You will work with business owners and leadership teams to:
Understand the product, ICP, positioning and customer journey
Analyse the existing sales team and sales process
Map the complete sales cycle from lead to close




Identify bottlenecks in conversion and pipeline
Define the ideal sales process and methodology
Design CRM stages, workflows and reporting
Define sales KPIs, targets and activity metrics
Build pipeline management and forecasting systems
Design sales dashboards and review rhythms
Create salesperson role definitions and performance scorecards
Design sales hiring and interview frameworks
Build structured onboarding and ramp-up systems
Define qualification and objection-handling frameworks
Design incentive and performance-management systems
Establish weekly pipeline reviews and sales-management cadence
Create Green / Yellow / Red performance frameworks
Define coaching and performance-improvement processes
Work directly with founders and sales managers to implement the system
What we expect from you
You should have actually built and managed sales functions, not just delivered sales training.
