Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, explaining life insurance products and solutions,



and recommending appropriate plans that align with their financial goals and protection requirements. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing customers, providing regular follow-ups, ensuring timely policy renewals, and addressing service-related queries. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve sales and service targets, support marketing and outreach activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Consistent, ethical engagement and a focus on customer satisfaction are key components of success in this position.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management abilities, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to understanding financial protection needs.
Sales and business development skills with experience in meeting targets, generating leads, and converting prospects, ideally within financial services or insurance.
