Build FlixStock's Global GTM Engine
FlixStock is building AI-powered solutions for fashion, e-commerce and global brands. As we scale internationally, we are looking for a Head – GTM Engineering to build the systems, processes and technology that will power our next phase of customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is not a traditional Head of Sales role.

We are looking for a builder who can sit at the intersection of GTM strategy, data, AI, automation, growth, sales and RevOps and turn them into a repeatable revenue engine.

What You Will Own
1. Build the GTM Engine from Zero
Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas and target-account universe.
Identify the markets, segments and accounts where FlixStock has the highest potential.
Build repeatable GTM motions for enterprise and mid-market customers.
Develop the processes, systems and playbooks required to take GTM from manual execution to a scalable engine.
2. Build Data-Led Pipeline Generation




Build account intelligence, prospecting and enrichment workflows.
Identify buying signals, intent signals, technology signals and other triggers that can improve targeting.
Create high-quality account and contact databases across international markets.
Develop account-based GTM strategies for priority customers.
Continuously test new segments, channels and acquisition hypotheses.
3. Build AI & Automation Into GTM
Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive GTM work.
Build workflows for research, enrichment, segmentation, personalisation, outreach, qualification and routing.
Evaluate and integrate emerging GTM technologies and AI agents.
Connect CRM, prospecting, enrichment, automation and analytics tools into a single operating system.
Continuously experiment with new AI-native approaches to improve GTM productivity.
