Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager – Print & Shopper to support the planning, execution, and delivery of print and shopper marketing projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal creative teams, production partners, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing print production and retail marketing deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of print and shopper marketing projects from brief to final delivery.
Work closely with Account Management, Creative, Studio, Production, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and trackers to monitor progress.
Manage artwork routing, approvals, version control, and production deadlines.
Ensure projects adhere to client brand guidelines, print specifications, and quality standards.
Track project scope,
identify risks, and proactively escalate issues when required.
Coordinate print production activities including proofing, colour approvals, packaging artwork, POSM, and retail collateral.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project status updates and milestone tracking.
Support resource planning and workload management across cross-functional teams.
Assist in budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination where applicable.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and follows internal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Printing Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a creative agency, production house, or print environment.
Valuable understanding of print production processes, packaging artwork, POS materials
